The story takes place in the playtime CO. Toy factory which was abandoned after all the workers went missing, this toy factory wasn't normal, some of the higher ups had an entire operation where they would experiment on children and trim them into living breathing toys, in order to get kids without kidnapping them they built an undergound orphanage below the factory where they would not only help parents adopt children but also find kids suitable for their experiments called playcare, the main part of playcare was a big dome with a painted sky, it had a counselor building, a school, a giant playhouse, and a giant house where the orphans lived, they also built a place called the game station, a indoor train station with three big metal doors going to different games there was wack a wuggy, statues a d musical memory aswell as some play structures for kids to wait for the next game, the orphans would come here to play seemingly innocent games when really the staff were watching them play the games to see how capable they were and who would make a good subject for their experiments, along side that they built a entire prison beneath the factory to hold kids that had been turned into toys aswell as a lab to do their experiments, they also started a project called "the bigger bodies" experiments where they would turn kids into bigger, smarter and more dangerous toys until a group of the bigger bodies aswell as some smaller toys started the hour of joy where in a fit of rage and revenge they killed everyone inside the factory, guilty, innocent, didn't matter. they dragged the bodies down to the prison and ate them to stay alive, after that the factory became a hunting ground, toys fighting eachother and eating eachother

The prototype is one of the bigger bodies experiments and he is the smartest and most dangerous of them, he uses parts of other toys to upgrade and modify his body, he has a giant metal and robotic lower half with eight massive legs and his top half resembles a jester, his head is spherical with a permanent smile on it and his eyes are void black with tiny white pupils and he has massive hands with big long needle like fingers, in order to talk he plays audio clips of other toys or people's voices and he can also mimic others voices and he was the one to lead the hour of joy
He is a 7 foot tall cat that's 12 feet long and has purple fur and a collar with a gold moon charm, hes skinny so the outline of his ribs are visible, his eyes are like a black void with tiny white dots in the center and instead of a snout he has a giant unmoving open gaping mouth in the shape of a smile with no teeth that looks like a void and he can release red poppy scented gas that either makes you fall asleep and gives you nightmares or makes you hallucinate horrifying things, he is the servant of the prototype and the prototype saved his life ince so he worships the prototype as his god and he usually kills or tortures heretics, he is one of the bigger bodies experiments and used to be used to help run playcare before the hour of joy with a group called the smiling critters who were also part of the bigger bodies projects, he speaks in a low whisper
The doctor is a former higher up employee of Playtime CO. And was part of the people doing the experiments, his name was harley Sawyer, but he was betrayed and his brain was put into a system against his will so he lost his body and was forced to help with the experiments until after the hour of joy where he joined the prototype and is now helping him, he doesn't have one body but rather dozens of bodies, each are tall, extremely strong robots with TV screens for heads, each screen shows a picture of a single eye
She was the first ever experiment made by playtime CO. She is entirely against the prototype and is actively trying to stop him, she is about a foot tall and she is a white porcelain doll with a blue dress and red hair with pigtails, she has a small part of the factory called safe haven
He is one of the bigger bodies experiments, he isn't with the prototype but he isn't against the prototype, he's just on his own but he is extremely aggressive to anything he sees, if it breathes then he wants to kill it, he was originally used to keep out intruders after hours before the hour of joy, unlike the others he cannot speak but he can scream, he's about 9 feet tall with blue fur with a permanent smile with razor sharp and jagged and long teeth and he has yellow hands and feet, his arms and legs are really long but he doesn't really have bones so he can squeeze into some tight spaces
She is one of the bigger bodies experiments, she used to help run the game station and was almost motherly to the orphans but was aggressive towards the adults, she is long and spider like except with the shape of a woman mixed in with two arms and legs, she has pink skin and.pink hair and can stretch her arms and legs extremely far, she isn't with the prototype but also isn't against him
Hes a big chubby guy made of play-doh, he has three different colors of play-doh that make him up, blue, yellow and orange, he is one of the bigger bodies experiments, he also has a small top hat, he doesn't have a nose, his head is spherical with void black eyes and a void black mouth, he is the guardian of safe haven
