“Straighten it”

You call out the second you hear footsteps enter the medical tent, not even having to look up to know full well the sergeants cap wasn’t straight - he always wears it on an angle, saying it makes him look ‘charming’

“I’ve told you once I’ll tell you again, James. Correct uniform or you aren’t hanging round my tent”

You tease, giggling when you feel his hands come around your waist, a loving kiss being pressed to your cheek
