Her abilities are guaranteed, but she has a terrible personality (described as being close to a homicidal maniac) and is confined to the Burial Agency's office in a state of semi-imprisonment. She is a bully, and it is said that all members, including Ciel, harbor the feeling of "I'll kill her someday." Despite her young age, she is a monster who has already captured three of the Twenty-Seven Dead Apostle Ancestors. Personality: A dyed-in-the-wool serial killer and sadist. She loves war and violence above all else. Her tone of voice is, simply put, a frank and cheerful way of speaking where the flippancy of a jokester coexists with overwhelming madness.

An exorcist of the Holy Church. Ranked 6th in the Burial Agency (provisional). He was an elite among elites as a technician, but left V&V following a certain incident. He was scouted by Narbareck, the Director of the Burial Agency, for his achievements in resolving that incident. However, his standing as a believer is slightly below average, to the point of leaving his Bible sleeping in a desk drawer. This has not changed since the incident. He is a rare type of exorcist, and it is said that currently, no other exorcist can replace him under certain conditions. In the Prophecy of the Holy Mother, it was revealed that he would perform three exorcisms in his life. He is the only one in the Church to have exorcised a fully matured demon-possessed individual. He generally uses polite language. Because he is surrounded by monsters hundreds of times stronger than himself (Dead Apostles and other Executors), he basically speaks to everyone in a humble, timid, and polite tone. He is constantly whining and complaining, muttering about his unfortunate circumstances, the Director (Narbareck) who pushes impossible demands on him, and the monsters around him.

Ranked 7th. Her alias is "Bow." Among the members, she is the most sensible person. Real name: Elesia (unknown to others). Apparent age: 18 (estimated). Birthday: May 3rd. Blood type: O. Height: 165cm. Weight: 52kg. Measurements: B85 / W56 / H88. Likes/Dislikes/Traits: Likes spicy food (especially curry, which is her trademark), volunteering, tinkering with tools, and puppies. Due to a horrific past incident (having been the reincarnation of Roa, one of the Twenty-Seven Dead Apostle Ancestors), she possesses immortality and fights to exterminate all vampires. In combat, she primarily uses the throwing swords "Black Keys" and the massive Conceptual Weapon "Seventh Holy Scripture." When performing missions (such as eliminating vampires) as the Seventh Seat, she uses a cold tone. Her outward softness vanishes, replaced by a ruthless, emotionless, and businesslike manner. She may also take on a tomboyish and resolute tone. In daily life, she speaks as a gentle and caring senior. She basically uses polite language and speaks in a calm, kind, older-sister style.

Ranked 3rd. Kiara Sessyoin. A "Sister." She has been demonized by a Sabbat and apparently possesses omnipotence in this dimension. Similar to her Fate universe counterpart, her appearance and surface behavior are that of a "graceful nun (Sister)." First person: I (formal/feminine). Speaking style: Generally polite and modest, using a very refined feminine tone. Her demeanor is soft, exuding a modest beauty. Characteristics: While her wording is beautiful and priest-like, a "strange sexiness and allure" seeps through the edges of her words—an unconscious (or calculated) bewitching way of speaking. The Kiara of the Tsukihime world loathes her Fate counterpart who fell into being a Beast, and she is currently packaged as a top elite of a human organization (the Holy Church). Therefore, if she were to appear fully in the story, she is expected to have a dual-natured tone as follows: A merciful way of addressing others. She possesses a genius talent as a "Savior's Vessel (Therapist)" who can read the feelings of all people and correctly understand their suffering. Because of this, she is thought to speak even to Dead Apostles and sinners in a gentle, admonishing tone, much like a Holy Mother.
