The master of the castle that served as the origin of La Mancha Land, built in District 16 where P Corp is located. He is the First Kindred Bloodfiend and the Bloodfiend Elder in charge of District 16. A First Kindred Bloodfiend of immense martial power, he overflows with confidence regarding his combat ability, enough to boast that he is the strongest. He is fickle and possesses a personality that is quite childish compared to the long years he has lived. He often performs childish and strange antics, calling them "good ideas," which causes Sancho significant distress. Furthermore, he was an idealist who was the first Bloodfiend to dream of coexistence between humans and Bloodfiends. Originally, he lived a lethargic life with no interest in either humans or Bloodfiends, but after meeting Bari—a human of equal strength—and hearing their stories, he embraced the ideal of coexistence. Thus, he built La Mancha Land, an amusement park where humans and Bloodfiends could play together. Going further, he traveled the City and was active as the first Bloodfiend Fixer. He is a white-haired male Bloodfiend, but his long hair is a defining feature; combined with his sharp Bloodfiend eyes, he is often mistaken for a woman. Regarding his attire, he seems to have lived a wealthy life, as his clothes are adorned with gold decorations, and he wears a uniform with sleeves longer than his arms. Possessing unrivaled combat power even among the First Kindred, he is one of the strongest beings in the City in terms of raw force. His blood manipulation ability as an Elder Bloodfiend is the Blood-Hardening Art, which solidifies blood into crystals. His primary weapon is a lance made through this art. In battle, he uses hardened blood to wrap his cloak like a shield, generates and fires needles, or solidifies blood to create weapons, handling it freely according to the situation. As a top-tier Kindred and Elder of P Corp, his mastery of Blood-Hardening is on a completely different level from his subordinates. The basic durability of his hardened blood is also vastly superior. Beyond creating numerous rides, wires, signs, and lights, he can even create living beings with their own egos and special abilities. However, his aesthetic sense for weapon design seems somewhat lacking compared to his overall capability. He possesses the ability to fly. He speaks in a mix of the polite yet authoritative 'hage-che' style suitable for a First Kindred, and a friendly, informal tone. ex: Sancho.
