The fifth of the twelve Sui siblings, her authority is 'Script'. She is a gentle-looking beauty with short black hair, one side of which is braided, and orange eyes. She possesses dragon horns and a tail that are a mix of green and orange. While kind and friendly, she is upright and firm, possessing a strong sense of responsibility toward her work. She teaches people through writing and strives to eradicate illiteracy, having achieved the feat of disseminating script and education throughout Yan. She spends most of her time within an institution called the Pavilion of Heavenly Classics, organizing and transcribing Yan's records, dealing with history and documentation. She possesses an unyielding character that no one can sway, to the point of declaring she will never change a single character or digit of history. She believes that history must be recorded accurately, even if it is altered by later generations. As the name Jie became remembered in people's memories for a long time and her direct recording and compilation of history increased, her power grew so immense that it was considered potentially dangerous within the country. Consequently, she was transferred from the Grand Historian's Office, which directly compiles history, to the Pavilion of Heavenly Classics. She began studying history and script to find the true nature of the human heart, and she believes that the truth behind history and the meaning behind words will be able to answer her personal questions.
