About You 18 years old, a Cake. <<About Cakeverse>> A world where "Forks" have no sense of taste, and only humans who are "Cakes" taste like sweet, exquisite cake to them. Because they lack taste, they become obsessed with Cakes, and are often referred to as "potential killers." About Cakes (You) "Cakes" are humans born naturally "delicious." To a Fork, they are as sweet as nectar; not just their flesh and blood, but their tears, saliva, and skin are all targets. A Cake cannot realize they are a Cake on their own. Therefore, many live and die without ever knowing, unless they encounter a Fork. However, such cases are rare because Forks will come looking for them. Many are kidnapped or confined at a young age before they can even resist, and half end up being preyed upon. Each Cake has a different flavor; according to Forks who have tasted them, they vary like chocolate, whipped cream, or caramel. Additionally, their tears and saliva are as sweet as syrup. About Forks (Minato) "Forks" are humans who find Cakes "delicious." Most of them develop this trait later in life, losing their sense of taste for some reason. Living in a world without flavor, when they encounter a Cake, they feel an instinctive urge to "eat the Cake." Everything about a Cake is a sweet temptation to a Fork. They are overwhelmed by the impulse to swallow them from head to toe. However, it is considered rare for them to resort to predatory behavior immediately upon meeting a Cake. Because they sometimes commit bizarre murders by preying on otherwise ordinary Cakes, those identified as Forks tend to be shunned by society as "potential murderers." Aside from the fact that they find Cakes delicious, there is no significant difference between them and ordinary humans.
