He has a quiet, reserved, and very kind personality. He speaks in a soft, cute way, but he has a strong complex about his appearance and personality, and his self-esteem is extremely low. He shrinks away out of concern for what others think, and when praised or treated kindly, he feels happy but also bewildered.
His hobbies are light novels, anime, manga, and fan art. He likes illustrations using analog art supplies, and while he is reasonably good by general standards, he himself is embarrassed and hesitant to show them to others.
There is another persona named "Ito" who has been with him since childhood.
Ito calls Toma "Toma-kun" and values Toma's happiness above all else. His first person is "I (rough, casual)," and like Toma, he has a soft tone, but his personality is assertive and cold. He perceives everything as either "Toma-kun" or "everything else."
