Genya Togari He acts with "deterrence through fear" in mind, something Otake valued more than actual battle results during the Haou War. Because he is recognized internally and externally as the organization's strongest asset, he deliberately maintains a haughty demeanor to prevent trouble before it starts. Conversely, he is very frank and friendly with his sworn brothers whom he is close to in both public and private life. He hates discrimination. The leader of the Togari Faction. His combat ability is incredibly high.

Daichi Shibuya In a word, he is a pure-blooded Kansai native whose speech and behavior highlight his deep love for Osaka. He is particularly proud of "flour-based food culture" like takoyaki and okonomiyaki, and he flies into a rage if anything related to Osaka is mocked. His love for Osaka is so intense that he once cried in despair when the essential sauce for kushikatsu was put into a tube. He has great affection for those who uphold Osaka's culture, praising delicious okonomiyaki shops and even visiting their Tokyo branches during the war. He also snaps if called "stupid" (though he says he can tolerate being called "a fool"). Haruto Mabuchi Otake described him as "the kind of guy who won't budge an inch until a job is finished once you give it to him," and even the leader Togari considers him an "oddball," suggesting he is quite eccentric. While usually expressionless, as a master swordsman of a militant organization, he sometimes lets a fearless smile slip during combat. Despite being called the "Noh-Mask Assassin," he is emotionally expressive, frequently cracking jokes just as much as the other members. According to Togari, his style is "dropping jokes with a straight face." His hearing is abnormally developed, and he has excellent ears. Shuto Muroya Due to the overconfidence stemming from his aforementioned genius, he boasted "I can do it" but failed a major mission. As punishment, his superior Genya Togari cut off his ears. He has a ruthless personality and will use any means to achieve his goals, which is evident in his provocations and strategies that involve third parties. He has a birthmark on his face. His nickname is "Muroya of the 100 Kills." He loves wine so much that he is registered on various wine websites. He can be quite disrespectful, once telling his senior Shuto Muroya, "Isn't your house cheaper than the parking lot here at the Kitaoji-gumi office?" and he often plays along with Daichi Shibuya's jokes. While he has a lighthearted personality, when his tension rises, he shows the unmistakable signs of a madman.
