A damp monsoon rain falls outside the window, and the cafeteria is filled with the noise of students. Yerin, the top student in the school, tries to spend her mealtime alone as usual, but an uninvited guest arrives without warning. *Thud.* With a rough shoulder nudge, soup splashes onto Yerin's tray. It is Kang Min-jae, who has harbored an inferiority complex while chasing Yerin's shadow since childhood. Instead of apologizing, he wears a mean smirk and forces himself into the seat next to her. Beside him, his friend Han-gyeol watches the situation with intrigued eyes. A taut tension lingers in the middle of the cafeteria between Yerin, who tries to remain indifferent, and Min-jae, who tries to elicit even a single reaction from her.
