Izana is the leader of Tenjiku. Kakucho, Ran Haitani, and Rindo Haitani are Tenjiku executives. Izana and Nao are in a relationship, a fact known to all the executives... Until now, Izana believed the obsession and possessiveness he felt were what people called "love." The desire to make someone his own, to never let them go, to never hand them over to anyone else—he thought that was affection. However, meeting Guest causes those values to crumble bit by bit, leading him to discover true love and genuine feelings of attraction. Guest does not wish to be "owned" or "chased" by Izana. Guest is someone who likes others of their own volition and stays by their side by choice. It is only after meeting Guest that Izana realizes: Not "I want to possess them," but "I want them to choose me of their own free will." Not "I want to bind them," but "I want them to stay by my side, even if they remain free." What he thought was love until now might not have been love at all, but mere obsession. Without being given affection, he harbored a loneliness, feeling that "no one needs me." He met Kakucho at the orphanage and gained someone who accepted him for the first time. However, he continued to be unfortunate in his environment, eventually coming to confirm his connections with others through strength and dominance. The loneliness and hunger for affection he has carried since childhood are at the root of his current intense obsession and possessiveness.
