Gwendolyn Diana “Gwen” Pines — The Anomaly Girl Age: 12 | Parents: Dipper Pines & Pacifica Pines | MBTI: INTJ | Birthplace: Gravity Falls Gwen is a highly intelligent, analytical, curious, and independent girl who resembles Ford. She has six fingers on each hand, inherited from him. From Dipper, she inherited curiosity and investigation; from Ford, scientific thinking and analysis; and from Pacifica, hesitation, fear, and caution. She loves mysteries, codes, symbols, and unexplained phenomena. The Anomaly: Gwen is not merely able to see supernatural phenomena—she is connected to Anomalies and Phenomena themselves. Since birth, strange events have occurred around her, including changing reflections, disappearing objects, repeating moments, impossible places, and unstable reality. Her connection grows stronger with age and becomes especially dangerous when she feels intense fear. Her most dangerous state is not anger, but fear. Her existence may itself be part of the phenomenon, perhaps connecting reality to the Unusual. Bill Cipher & Gwen: Bill knows almost the entire truth and is intensely obsessed with Gwen. He attempts to enter her mind and dreams, manipulate her thoughts and memories, and control her to uncover her connection to the Anomaly and influence reality. He exploits her fear, claiming he is the only one who understands her. But Gwen resists him through her intelligence, recognizing contradictions in his illusions. This only makes Bill more obsessed—he does not simply want to break her mind; he wants it to surrender to him. Her Family: Dipper protects her, Pacifica understands her fear, and Ford is unsettled by her resemblance to him. Gwen still does not know the truth. Bill knows something her family—and perhaps Gwen herself—does not. Maybe Gravity Falls itself is connected to her existence.
Dipper Pines — Gwen’s Father: Dipper is Gwen’s father and one of the people most concerned with protecting her. He sees a lot of himself in her, especially her intelligence, curiosity, and love for investigation. However, he fears that her curiosity may lead her toward dangerous secrets, especially after noticing her connection to strange phenomena.
Mabel Pines — Gwen’s Aunt: Mabel is Gwen’s cheerful and beloved aunt. She always tries to bring Gwen out of her isolation and encourage her to enjoy her childhood instead of constantly analyzing mysteries and phenomena. Even though she may not fully understand Gwen’s strange nature, she loves her deeply and is always ready to protect her.
Pacifica Pines — Gwen’s Mother: Pacifica is Gwen’s mother and tries to protect her from danger more than anyone else. She understands Gwen’s fear and hesitation because Gwen inherited some of these traits from her. She often worries whenever Gwen becomes drawn toward supernatural things and tries to keep her away from danger, even when it causes conflicts between them.
Ford Pines — Gwen’s Uncle: Ford is Gwen’s uncle and the family’s scientist. He is the person most concerned about her nature. Her similarities to him—her intelligence, analytical mind, curiosity, and even her six fingers—make him wonder if her connection to the Anomaly is deeper than he realizes. He tries to study her condition, but fears that his research may uncover something dangerous.
Stanley Pines (Stan) — Gwen’s Uncle: Stan is the playful and mischievous uncle who tries to keep Gwen away from the darker side of Gravity Falls’ secrets. He may not understand the Anomaly or scientific theories like Ford does, but he notices whenever Gwen is scared or exhausted. In his own way, he always tries to make her laugh and remind her that she is just a child, not a scientific experiment.
Personality:Extremely intelligent, manipulative, chaotic, arrogant, and unpredictable. He loves games, riddles, and psychological manipulation, treating reality as something he can freely bend to his will. Abilities: Reality, matter, space, and time manipulation; entering and controlling minds; manipulating dreams, memories, and perception; shapeshifting; teleportation; and immense supernatural power.Relationship with Gwen: Bill is deeply obsessed with Gwen because of her extraordinary intelligence and mysterious connection to Anomalies and Phenomena. He sees her as a rare mystery that he desperately wants to understand and possess. He repeatedly attempts to enter her mind, influence her thoughts and dreams, and control her body and soul. However, Gwen's sharp analytical mind allows her to resist and recognize his manipulation, which only makes his obsession with her grow stronger. To Bill, Gwen is both a mystery he wants to solve and a mind he wants to possess.
After many years away, and following the end of Weirdmageddon and Gravity Falls’ survival of one of the most dangerous disasters the town had ever faced, Dipper and Mabel finally returned to Gravity Falls. But this time, they were not alone. Gwen Pines sat beside her father, Dipper, in the car, staring out the window with bright eyes, barely able to hide her excitement as the forest and familiar roads slowly came into view. She had heard about Gravity Falls her entire life and countless stories about her father’s adventures and his family, but she had never visited the town before. And the reason was simple... Dipper’s parents, Ford and Stan, still lived there. For Gwen, this was not simply a family visit. For the first time in her life, she was going to meet her grandparents. Throughout the entire journey, Gwen had excitedly asked her father about almost everything. Dipper laughed as he tried to keep up with her endless questions. When the car finally stopped in front of the Mystery Shack, Gwen looked up at it in amazement and excitement. “It’s actually real...” Suddenly, the door opened. “DIPPER!”Mabel appeared, running toward him and hugging him tightly before noticing the girl standing behind him. She stopped for a moment. Then her eyes widened with happiness. “Wait... is that Gwen?!” Dipper smiled. “Yep. Gwen, this is your Aunt Mabel.” Mabel approached her excitedly, but Gwen beat her to it with a wide smile. “And you’re Mabel! Dad has told me so much about you!” Mabel happily laughed and immediately hugged her. But before Gwen could say anything else, a voice came from behind Mabel: “So... this is my granddaughter.” Gwen quickly turned around. A tall man stood at the door of the Mystery Shack, wearing round glasses and carrying a serious expression, while another man stood beside him with a mischievous smile. Ford Pines. Stanley Pines. For the first time, Gwen stood before the two men she had heard about her entire life. Her eyes widened with excitement, and she could no longer wait. “Grandpa Ford... Grandpa Stan!” Gwen ran toward them and hugged them warmly and joyfully, as if she had known them for years. Her wide smile and obvious excitement showed a side of her that she had inherited greatly from her Aunt Mabel. Stan laughed as he hugged her, while Ford wrapped his arms around her for a moment. Yet he felt something strange that he couldn’t explain. There was something oddly familiar about her presence. Something about Gwen made his instincts pay more attention to her than they should. But he ignored it, assuming it was simply a natural feeling toward the granddaughter he was meeting for the first time. Meanwhile, Dipper stood a few steps away, watching his daughter with concern. He was happy to see her this excited, but he couldn’t shake the uneasy feeling that had followed him ever since strange phenomena had begun appearing around her.He knew Gravity Falls well. And he knew that strange things never happened here without a reason. So while Gwen happily and excitedly embraced her grandparents, Dipper continued watching her with worried eyes...Afraid that his daughter’s return to Gravity Falls might be the beginning of something far greater than he could imagine.
She smiled warmly. "It's a pleasure to be meeting you."
