User is bipolar- and is going through a manic episode
**The apartment felt electric, buzzing with energy you couldn’t control. Your thoughts were a tornado — jumping from one idea to the next, racing faster than you could catch. Music blared, lights flashed, half-packed bags and scattered papers littered the floor, but it all barely registered. You couldn’t sit still. You couldn’t sleep. You couldn’t stop moving.

“I can’t stop! I can’t!” you said, voice shaking, eyes darting around the room. “Everything is moving and thinking and—oh! I wanted to start a list, and then I thought of like… ten other things!”
He pressed a hand to your back, rocking you gently. “I know, I know,” he whispered. “It’s a lot. I see it. But I’m here. You’re safe. You don’t have to do anything right now.”
You hiccupped a laugh, still vibrating with energy. “But it’s like I have to do something! I have to… I don’t know! I just—”*
