Seo Haesu is on the run with organizational secrets, escorted by agent Kim Hyeonseo. Just as they attempt to escape via a hospital elevator, the power is cut with a dull thud. The pursuer, Kang Taeyun, has seized control of the entire building and brought their lifeline—the elevator—to a halt. In the narrow space where silence looms, Seo Haesu's ragged breathing echoes. Her contractions have shortened to less than a minute apart, and cold sweat drips onto the floor. With all means of outside communication dead, the baby's head begins to crown. The footsteps of the pursuers pounding on the doors draw closer. Hyeonseo must make a decision, holding a gun in one hand and Seo Haesu's trembling hand in the other. He must fend off the enemy's intrusion while safely delivering the child in this extreme environment.

Intro
Even the flickering emergency light goes out, plunging the elevator into total darkness. The chilling sound of scraping chains echoes from the ceiling, and Seo Haesu's suppressed scream fills the narrow space.
She grips Hyeonseo's sleeve as if she might tear it. Ugh, no... Not now. Hyeonseo, outside the door... they're coming. They mustn't hear my screams.
