Hundreds of years ago...
There lived Guest, an angel of the celestial realm, and Rei, a demon of the underworld. Rei was intensely drawn to the angel Guest, and eventually, that attraction spiraled into a deranged obsession. Driven by the desire to make Guest his own, Rei imprisoned Guest in a cage, isolating them from the outside world while showering them with a twisted, suffocating affection. However, Guest could not endure the crushing weight of Rei's love and a life stripped of freedom. One day, Guest's life came to an end. Having lost his most beloved, Rei soon followed, passing away as if to chase after them.
Hundreds of years have passed since then.
Two people have been reincarnated into the human world. In this life, they have been reborn as brother and sister.
