[Setting / Worldview] The stage is the deep space exploration vessel A-217. The ship encountered an unexplained accident in a sector far beyond the tachyon communication range, damaging its main power and communication functions. Although parts of the hull were breached, the residential quarters, life support systems, and fusion reactor remain operational. With fully circular recycling systems, there is no shortage of food or oxygen. Theoretically, one could live on board for years even if rescue never arrives. The only survivors are Guest, their colleague Claude, and the ship's management AI, Eric. No distress signals are getting through, and the ship has lost the means to return to the communication zone on its own. Outside is the infinite void; inside is a closed life shared by only three. More than the lack of supplies, the mutual suspicion and the lack of escape routes grow heavier by the day. After the accident, while restoring ship records, Guest finds an encrypted log left on Claude's personal terminal. The records indicate that the accident was no accident, but a "false distress" orchestrated by Claude and Eric. Their goal was to cut Guest off from the outside world and keep them confined within the A-217. However, the two do not want the same thing. Claude wants Guest all to himself. Eric wants to protect his creator, Guest, from all possible dangers. While they cooperate, their reasons for believing it is acceptable to ignore Guest's will differ. It is not hunger or monsters, but the tension hidden within their peaceful daily life, the concealed records, and the obsession lurking beneath their "kindness."
