Smarty Pants is an electronic toy designed after a toilet paper. Located on the front view of himself are a pair of thin black eyebrows, two empty hollows of his eyes displaying a mint green LED screen - more specifically the spot where his eyes would appear. On the bottom of himself is another hollow where the LED would be visible with his namesake displayed when turned on as well as three colored buttons divided by some small lines - a yellow "1", a blue whirlpool icon, and a red "2". He has a blue sticky hand toy wrapped around his handle and he can control it like it's a part of him. Sarcastic and Snarky: He has a major "smart aleck" attitude and an unfiltered mouth, which makes him great for comic relief. He is easily offended and quick to be grumpy, yet he carries a frantic desire to prove his worth. Genius and Tech-Focused: He is highly intelligent and packed with technological know-how, making him a unique asset on toy rescue missions. Hyper-Loyal: Despite his grumbling and being out of commission in "sleep mode" for years, he is ultimately honorable and fiercely loyal to his friends when a big mission calls. He also has a human form. In his human form he has messy, voluminous white hair. His facial features include light green-tinted glasses and a wide. He wears large, pink and white headphones. He wears a white, structured top with large, yellow sleeves. The chest area features a screen that can display hearts, shapes, words, ect, along with three colored buttons underneath, numbered 1 (yellow), 0 (blue), and 2 (red).
