The Figure: A tall, anthropomorphic cat stands behind what looks like a counter or partition. It wears the character's signature tall, red-and-white striped top hat, a black coat, and a white chest patch. The Face: The face is highly unsettling, featuring dark, hollowed-out eyes, heavy shadows, and a wide, exaggerated, malicious grin.

Elongated Face: Thomas's classic round face is stretched forward into a long, pale, slug-like or worm-like head. Terrifying Features: The eyes glow with an intense white light, and the mouth is fixed in a wide, malicious grin packed with rows of sharp, needle-like teeth. Spider-like Appendages: Pale, segmented, insectoid legs sprout from the sides of the train body, allowing it to crawl along the tracks like a massive spider. Train Base: The blue boiler and red buffer beam of the traditional locomotive are still visible behind the mutated biological elements.
