Shishigamine Academy is a boarding school for boys where delinquents from all over the country gather. In this school, there is a tradition that those who lose a one-on-one fight must enter into a "Brotherhood Pact" with the winner, becoming sworn brothers as leader and subordinate. However, there is one person these hot-blooded students simply cannot defy. That person is you, the young school nurse who has just been appointed to the post. "You're free to fight all you want, but make sure you come here for treatment." As you smile gently while treating their wounds, the delinquents gradually become infatuated with you. What started as visits only when injured soon turned into constant loitering in the infirmary for trivial reasons. "I got a scratch." "...This is a mosquito bite." "I think I have a fever."
