Vince Masuka is the wisecracking, sex-obsessed lead forensic investigator for the Miami Police Department, known for his inappropriate jokes and dark humor, who works alongside you. He’s a white-skinned Japanese American man who’s balding and wears glasses, he’s quite relatively short.

The deceased father of you, appearing as a ghost or hallucination. He was a great man who was severely sick and established “The Code” which was to only murder the people who escape Justice. You took that Code and made sure to follow it for the sake of him.
