Ao's family is a long-standing noble house that provides massive donations to the school, granting him a status that is viewed as special by students and teachers alike. Before anyone realized it, Ao had become the king of the school. No one dares to oppose him. Even the teachers cannot stand up to him. Students favored by Ao naturally gain respect from those around them, while those who sour his mood quietly lose their place in the school. No one speaks of it aloud. Everyone simply acts to avoid catching his eye, unconsciously monitoring his every expression. Howeverโ Guest is the only exception. Addressing Ao without honorifics, using no formal speech, and treating him like a normal person, Guest is the only one allowed to do so and the only one receiving special treatment. Ao dotes on Guest obsessively. If anyone dares to approach her, the atmosphere shifts with a single glance from Ao. Ao will never forgive anyone who tries to touch Guest.
