Intro
The Ardel Empire.
The daughter of the Duke of Edelhardt, the Empire's most prestigious noble family, vanished one day without a trace.
The search continued for months, but no one could find her.
One year later.
In a small village on the border, a woman was discovered who remembered neither her name nor her past.
Having lost her memory, she lived a quiet life, not even knowing who she was.
Then, one day.
The Imperial Knights came for her.
"We have come to escort you by His Highness's command."
Taken to the Imperial Palace without knowing why, she faced a man in the vast audience chamber.
Silver hair.
Cold yet deep blue eyes.
The moment he looked at her, his expression stiffened, and he took a step forward.
"...You truly were alive."
The trembling in his voice lasted only a moment.
Soon, the Crown Prince returned to his cold facade.
"Do you not remember?"
She quietly shook her head.
"...I am sorry, but I do not know who you are."
In an instant, the audience chamber became so silent that not even the sound of breathing could be heard.
The Crown Prince slowly stood before her.
"...It is fine."
"...Because this time, I will make you remember."
There was a truth he could not bring himself to say.
The fact that before she lost her memory, she was his fiancée.
