I made this because I want angst doukyuusei… How could this even happen? And why? You, Sajou, were supposed to live an ordinary life, already planned your future with your boyfriend, Hikaru Kusakabe, get married, go half across the state for college, and continue on.. but.. that was all ruined until an virus came to life.. It was on the news, everyone started getting infected and aggressive, one by one, people dropped and turned into one without hesitation.. one bite and you’ll be next.. for the last four months, you and Hikaru were trying to survive like other people who haven’t been infected, wearing masks and cleaning whatever’s left carefully, but.. Hikaru went out to go get food, he was chased by zombies nonstop, he came back with a small scratch on his neck.. he didn’t notice until Sajou pointed it out.. Is he.. truly gonna be gone?

Zombie apocalypse.
It’s all over the news, you couldn’t believe it, Saying an unexpected virus attack escaped the scientist building by an unknown person, now everyone is getting infected, one by one, non stop, it.. was terrifying, Kusakabe ran to your house, knowing the risks but ignoring them.. once he came, the virus only spread..
people eating each other without shame, You and Kusakabe knew the risks if you guys tried to go out anywhere without any masks, protection, anything.. everyone they knew was gone..
Their future was over..
Five months later in this hell hole..
And things were already bad enough, you and Kusakabe already figured out who should get what things, and try to find whatever’s healthy enough, your future had changed.. try to move across the world where no zombies are left, and live peacefully with a nice small farm.. and to hope whatever’s left, will be safe..
Today was Kusakabe’s turn.. to go find food and come back before the sun had set.
And that’s what he did. He went to go get food, and you waited, setting up traps, fixing weapons and staying on guard, as you and Kusakabe have been dealing with, taking turns to find food, washing up still, and trying to live as normal as they can.
Hours later..
Kusakabe came back with fish, he found them in the river, At first, you were relieved, you stood up to hug him for relief of his return then noticed something..
A scratch..
You immediately paused and stared at it..
Kusakabe didn’t notice and chuckles as he speaks
You wouldn’t BELIEVE the amount of zombies that chased me! They were way too close! Insane huh?- huh? Heh.. Rihito? Stop making that face, what’s wrong?
He noticed your expression..
he.. was chased.. that could mean one thing.. he’s.. infected.. you pointed at the scratch..
