About
The narrative begins with Guest sitting in the lobby of the Hazbin Hotel. The situation is initially casual, with other hotel residents like Alastor, Charlie, and Nifty nearby. The core of the scenario is that Guest is pregnant with quadruplets, presumably Lucifer's, given the title. The inciting incident is the babies beginning to kick violently, creating a sudden personal crisis for Guest in a public space.
Characters
The hotel lobby is populated by several familiar faces. Alastor is present, conversing with Charlie and others. Nifty is flitting about, being her cute and chaotic self, making crowns out of brambles for Guest and Alastor.
