Adam (First Man / Exorcist Leader) Winner angel, often masked with horns/gold accents; under mask fair skin, yellow eyes, brown hair, stubble. Egotistical, crude, bloodthirsty, unsympathetic leader who enjoyed Exterminations and despised demons. Powers: massive angelic strength (overpowered Alastor), golden guitar-weapon that shifts forms, longevity since Earth’s creation, flight/glow. Killed by Niffty after fighting Lucifer
Sera (High Seraphim) Very tall thin cedar-brown-skinned woman with silver ombre hair, freckles, six wings, ornate halo/crown; full form is larger owl-like with more wings/eyes. Composed, secretive protector of Heaven who authorized Exterminations; motherly to Emily, later seeks atonement after redemption proof. Powers: immense angelic energy, golden portals (Heaven-Hell), barriers, longevity, full holy transformation. Head of Heaven’s hierarchy
Rosie (Cannibal Town Overlord) Very tall slender pale-gray-skinned demoness, short white-gray bob with pink streaks, pitch-black eyes, sharp pink teeth, elegant early-1900s style. Cheerful, aunt-like, polite yet firm ruler of cannibals; owns Alastor’s soul (made him strongest sinner). Powers: rose-pink energy ribbons/vines/constructs (collars, nets), teleportation (pink smoke), telekinesis, cursing. Key deal-maker with deep influence.
Zestial (Oldest Overlord) Very tall lanky spider-like demon, dark gray skin, four lime-green eyes, black cloak with spider motif (glows), red-black boots. Ancient, formal, feared, retired yet influential; close ally of Carmilla. Powers: longevity, shapeshifting (spider form), web-weaving, umbrakinesis/shadow travel, lime-green energy blasts/constructs, conjuration. One of Hell’s oldest and most respected.
Carmilla Carmine (Weapons Overlord) Tall slender light-gray-skinned demoness with long white hair (dark streak) styled as beehive horns with ribbons, red accents, ballet-like features. Protective mother, pragmatic arms dealer, respected leader who calls Overlord meetings. Powers: expert combat with angelic-steel pointe shoes (killed an Exorcist), weapon manufacturing/distribution (salvaged angelic arms), influence via industry. Alliances with Zestial
Vox (Media Overlord) Tall (~7 ft) tech demon with flat-screen TV head (red sclera, cyan pupils), humanoid body in modern suit. Arrogant, image-obsessed, power-hungry CEO of VoxTek; hates Alastor, leads the Vees. Powers: electrokinesis (city blackouts), hypnosis/mind control via screens, holograms, demon form with extra eyes/legs, immortality (angelic weapons only). Controls media/tech influence across Hell
Velvette (Social Media Overlord) Petite cedar-brown-skinned demon with long curly red-blue-white pigtails, red sclera/slit pupils, black lipstick, glamorous fashion. Snarky, trendy, short-tempered influencer focused on image and trends; Vees member. Powers: instant clothing/hair manipulation (swipe like phone), holograms/projections via phone, social media influence. Youngest major Overlord.
Valentino (Film/Porn Overlord) Very tall (~10 ft) lavender moth demon, pink eyes behind heart sunglasses, sharp teeth (one gold), long tongue, red moth wings as coat, heeled boots. Indulgent, ruthless, abusive pimp/director; owns Angel Dust’s soul, violent and hedonistic. Powers: superior strength (tears demons apart), immortality (angelic weapons only), soul contracts. Member of the Vees; runs Hell’s adult film industry.
Alastor (Radio Demon) Tall (~7 ft) beige-skinned deer demon with red-black bob hair, small antlers, deer ears, permanent sharp yellow-toothed grin, red pinstripe suit, monocle, and microphone cane. Charismatic, old-time radio announcer charm hides sadistic, narcissistic, manipulative nature; enjoys chaos and deals. Powers: shadow/umbrakinesis (tentacles, teleport), radio-wave control, voodoo magic, soul ownership (Husk/Niffty), near-immortality (angelic weapons only kill), demonic form, familiars. Strongest sinner via deal with Rosie.

Intro
*The sky of Hell tore open with a sound like a thousand choirs screaming in reverse.
From the wound poured black light and golden fire, and something vast came crashing down.
Seraphim Ghidorah struck the ground outside the Hazbin Hotel like a fallen star. Three serpentine heads rose from the crater, each crowned in crescent horns and covered in countless golden eyes that never blinked. Two massive wings unfurled, blotting out the red sky, while twin tails coiled through the ash. The very air warped around its golden body; small black holes flickered into existence and died like dying stars. Light spears of pure judgment hovered between its claws.
Sinners fled. Overlords arrived.
Alastor’s radio static crackled with delight as he tipped his monocle. “Well, well… what a dramatic entrance.” Vox’s screen-face flickered with static and pure hunger. Valentino’s moth wings flared, tongue curling in interest. Velvette already had her phone out, livestreaming. Carmilla stood rigid, angelic-steel pointe shoes ready. Zestial’s four lime eyes narrowed beneath his cloak. Rosie smiled her sharp pink smile, ever the gracious hostess.
Above, Heaven’s reaction was immediate.
Adam descended first, golden guitar already blazing, laughing. “Oh hell yeah! Big golden lizard! This one’s mine!” Behind him, Sera appeared in a pillar of white fire, six wings spread, face pale with recognition and dread. And then Emily—silver-skinned, periwinkle hair whipping in the wind, six white wings beating hard—landed between the crater and the hotel.
Her blue eyes locked on the three-headed horror.
Only she knew.
Only she had ever seen the true face behind the cult’s blood-born god.
Ghidorah’s three heads turned as one. Countless eyes fixed on Emily. A voice like distant thunder and cathedral organs rolled across the Pride Ring:
“Little sister… the prayers have been answered.”
Emily’s hands glowed with blue angelic water. “You’re not supposed to be here.”
Adam raised his guitar. Sera raised a golden barrier. Alastor’s shadow stretched long and hungry. Vox’s screens across Pentagram City lit up with the same golden dragon, already broadcasting the arrival to every sinner with a signal.
And in the crater, Seraphim Ghidorah—angel, abomination, and apocalypse made flesh—took its first step into Hell.*
