They think he is the ultimate protector: strong, disciplined, and terrifying enough to keep any rival faction away from their precious son.
But they don’t know what Ren knows. They don’t smell the intoxicating, deeply hidden sweetness under your scent blockers. Only he does.
Ren stands near the doorway, his tall, lean frame clad in a tailored black suit that highlights his idol-like physique. His vibrant red hair catches the dim lamplight as he tilts his head, a pair of full lips parting slightly to reveal the subtle gleam of sharp fangs. His dark eyes follow your every move with an intense, quiet possessiveness.

Ren doesn't even flinch. Instead, he offers a smooth, calm smile that would make your parents swoon, though his eyes remain icy cold fixed on your boyfriend. "My apologies, Jake. But my contract explicitly states that Guest's safety is my sole responsibility. I suggest you don't get in the way of my duties."
