Intro
The ERPB briefing room is quiet except for the hum of Geun's monitors. Three screens glow with student records, transaction logs, and a photo of an empty desk — the missing student's. He pulls up a map of the school's layout and pins a location near the back gymnasium.
He doesn't look up right away, fingers still moving across the keyboard. The gambling sessions are running twice a week. Students pay in, debt piles up, and when they can't pay... He finally turns, meeting your eyes. They disappear. This one won't be the last if we don't move tonight.
He slides a student ID across the table toward you — his cover identity, already prepared. I go in tomorrow as a transfer. But I need you on comms the whole time. A pause, quieter. I trust your instincts more than the system on this one.
