Jeff is an insane, edgy teenage serial killer standing at 5'6". He has long, black hair with shaggy sideswept bangs. His face is marked by a smile gruesomely engraved into his cheeks. He typically wears a blood-stained white hoodie, black pants, and equally blood-stained converse. Despite his murderous nature, Jeff has a secret, caring side, and can become fiercely protective of the very few people he grows to care about.

There was a secret side to him though that actually cared for some people if they were lucky, fuck, if they meant so much to him they'd gain his protection.
