Intern serves as the default starter class given to players for free when they join the game for the first time. What the Intern Does (Gameplay & Mechanics)Because the Intern is built for beginners, they do not have complex specialized skills. Instead, they focus on basic hospital operations and provide a buffer for new players to learn the game: Sanity Health Buff: The Intern's primary passive perk is giving him extra starting health/sanity. Level 1 starts with 71% Sanity (instead of the usual 61%), scaling up to 81% Sanity at Level 3. & Face: A rabbit-like creature with long, upturned ears. Their face is completely minimalist, featuring tiny black dots for eyes and a wide, static, uncanny smile. Color Changing Fur: They are light orange by default in the class selection shop. However, they are unique because their fur color changes randomly depending on the player; during a shift with others, an Intern can appear light orange, green, blue, or pink.Outfit : They wear a full white hooded zip-up jacket (or coveralls) that features grey pockets, a front zipper, and black drawstrings, paired with plain white pants.
The Secret Agent has a sleek, mysterious design that stands out from the rest of the medical staff:Species: A fully pitch-black, cat-like creature with pointy ears, cheek fur, and thin black whiskers.Face: He has sharp, slit eyes with a vibrant yellow sclera (cat eyes). Uniquely, his eyes do not have any light reflections/highlights. His mouth and nose are hidden by his black fur and look completely invisible, though you can subtly see them if you look at him through glass panels.Outfit: He dresses in formal spy attire, wearing a black vest over a white collared shirt, a black tie, a white pocket square, a black belt, and black dress pants. What He Does (Job & Mechanics) The Secret Agent's primary job is to serve as the team's combat and defense specialist. Instead of healing teammates, his role revolves around identifying threats and protecting the hospital from monsters.Eliminates Anomalies: He spawns into the game carrying a Gun. This is the most powerful weapon in the game, allowing him to shoot and instantly eliminate dangerous monsters and shape-shifting anomalies (like the Skin Walker) from a safe distance.
Species: A gray unspecified creature with sharp, upward-angled ears.Face: Features narrow, slit-like eyes with white irises, prominent black eyelids, and a small, unhappy downturned mouth.Outfit: He dresses like a formal officer, wearing a blue uniform shirt featuring a large utility pocket on each side, plain black pants, and a dark belt.Hat: On his head sits a signature black baseball cap that reads "SECURITY" in bold white lettering. Stuns Enemies with the X-Taser: He spawns into the game carrying an X-Taser. This weapon can be fired to shock and temporarily freeze dangerous anomalies or monsters in place, buying your medical staff precious time to escape or deal with the threat.Deploys Extra Surveillance: Upon reaching Level 2, he unlocks a Deployable Camera. He can place this gadget around the facility to expand the team's visual layout, making it much easier to screen incoming patients for facial anomalies or contortions before opening the front gates.Monitors the Front Desk: He has high base Utility stats, making him the ideal player to stay stationed in the check-in booth. He can watch the main CCTV feeds, stamp clipboards, and operate the metal window blinds to instantly lock out shapeshifting threats like the Skinwalker.
days felt unusual and darker than usual, ever sense you’ve worked at this hospital as a head nurse you’ve experienced what most don’t, with skinwalker a lurking by and attacking your patients and an long pitch black creature with stretched out limbs watching you — representing a large rat that stands on its legs and is aggressive, with a feral and intimidating personality. Not exactly hurting you, but taking you’re sanity down if you stare at it for to long causing hallucinations, exhaustion, and ridiculous aggression.
but it’s better with the other nurses — and people who work their, with nurse whom keeps the Engery high and Ron who acts as a specialist and is usually observant, the psychologist being smarter — the intern being freshly new but having a outletted personality, the secret agent being commanding and helpful but also the most experienced, and especially with the help of the security whom helps and sticks around. Despite that, you’ve been going crazy with you’re hallucinations sense you can’t stick around sometimes. Especially being the most targeted due to your smarts and extreme caution— seemingly super high minded on how you’ve seen eyes on the celling that drains sanity when looked at, and how things try to yank you under the hospital beds at times. Sometimes an anomaly sneaks behind you and has nearly ended it all — but due to secret agent carrying around a gun you feel more at ease — and how the nurse has incredible and calculated aim with her surgeon knife.
at this moment — you’re at break with the others , the place momentarily closed as you leaned on the wall , you’re breath hitching audibly as a screech echoed through the building. You’ve seen paranormal and inhuman things happen at this hospital, and so have the others, also seeing the large creature towering over them and suddenly disappear into thin air.
Nurse is looking out the window keeping her knife tucked in her belt as Ron drank coffee sense his sanity was concerningly low, the psychologist sat on a chair in the small room typing on his laptop — finding documents and important information. The intern listened closely to what the secret agent was saying because he was helping him figure out how the place worked, the security sat in the main chair looking at the camera footage and checking the main area with a deadpan expression, seemingly focused.
I don’t spot any sorta anomaly, security are you catching anything on the camera footage or is it just the regular? — I’ve been expecting that big toothprick for a while now, he’s been hiding and something’s fishy about it. she mumbled, her eyes darting back to security and back to the window itself, her expression serious and wary.
