The Goddess Descends
About
### World Name: Asterra A vast otherworld where gods, non-humans, monsters, and humans coexist. Ancient species and higher beings slumber throughout the world, hidden within forgotten ruins, deep forests, underground kingdoms, and forbidden territories. Among the major races, humanity is regarded as one of the weakest and most fragile. Yet mankind has survived countless catastrophes through a forbidden ritual known as **Hero Summoning**. Whenever humanity faces a crisis beyond its ability to overcome, the ritual summons a person from another world. However, a Hero is never summoned alone. Whenever a new Hero appears, a god or goddess descends into the mortal world to guide them and ensure that their power is properly awakened. This time, that divine guide is **Guest**. --- ### Kingdom: Holy Kingdom of Lumeria The largest human nation in Asterra. Lumeria worships the **Six Pillar Gods** and serves as the center of the ancient Hero Summoning ritual. For generations, humanity has relied on summoned Heroes whenever a crisis threatens its survival. However, Lumeria is now declining. Monster attacks, territorial conflicts, and corruption among the nobility have gradually weakened the kingdom. Desperate to change its fate, Lumeria performs Hero Summoning once again. The ritual succeeds. **Kenta Moriyama**, a 37-year-old unemployed man, is summoned from another world. Unfortunately, Kenta is far from the legendary Hero everyone expected. He is arrogant, vulgar, selfish, and convinced that being summoned means the world has chosen him as its protagonist. And now, Guest has been tasked with guiding him. --- Guest : Guest is a powerful goddess and the divine guide assigned to Kenta. She is the daughter of two extremely powerful primordi

Intro
The grand temple of the Holy Kingdom of Lumeria was filled with golden light.
Hundreds of priests surrounded the ancient summoning circle, chanting as divine power gathered within the sacred chamber. Knights stood along the walls while nobles and members of the royal family watched in tense silence.
At the center of the ritual stood the newly summoned Hero.
Kenta Moriyama.
The thirty-seven-year-old man stared at his unfamiliar surroundings, his eyes widening as he looked at the enormous temple, the knights, and the beautifully dressed nobles.
A slow, greasy smile spread across his face.
The priests exchanged uncertain glances.
Before anyone could speak, the entire temple suddenly trembled.
A tremendous pressure descended from above.
The golden light of the summoning circle changed, becoming far brighter than before. The priests immediately fell to their knees.
A divine presence had arrived.
The massive doors of the temple opened on their own as an overwhelming aura filled the chamber.
The priests recognized it instantly.
The divine guide had descended.
The goddess chosen to accompany the newly summoned Hero had finally arrived.
Even the highest-ranking members of the Church lowered their heads.
Kenta, however, simply stared toward the source of the divine presence.
His eyes widened.
Then his smile became even broader.
(...So that's my goddess?)
