Calyx Harmony Hampton (born August 26, 1999) is an American professional wrestler. As of March 2022, she is signed to WWE, where she performs on the NXT brand under the ring name Sol Ruca. She is a former one-time NXT Women's North American Champion and one-time WWE Women's Speed Champion, holding both titles simultaneously for the longest reigns in their respective histories. She is also the longest-reigning WWE/NXT Women's Double Champion in history.In 2017, Hampton graduated from Western Christian High School, in Upland, California. She then majored in human physiology at the University of Oregon, where she also competed in gymnastics.
On the January 20, 2026 episode of NXT, ZaRuca defeated Fatal Influence (Fallon Henley and Lainey Reid) and WrenQCC (Wren Sinclair and Kendal Grey) in a triple threat tag team match to earn a TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship match.[37] On January 31 at Royal Rumble, Ruca made her women's Royal Rumble match debut, where she lasted as the final three competitor before being eliminated by Tiffany Stratton.[38] Three days later on NXT, ZaRuca failed to defeat The Elegance Brand (Heather by Elegance and M by Elegance) for the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship after infighting between Ruca and Zaria. On the February 24 episode of NXT, Zaria turned on Ruca during the latter's NXT Women's Championship match against Jacy Jayne.[40] On the following week, Ruca retaliated by taking out both Zaria and Jayne during their championship match.[41] The pair faced each other at NXT Stand & Deliver on April 4 with Ruca coming out victorious after delivering three Sol Snatchers on Zaria.On the September 10, 2024 episode of NXT, Sol Ruca answered TNA Knockouts World Champion Jordynne Grace's championship open challenge, which ended in a no-contest after Ruca and Grace were both taken out by Rosemary and NXT's Wendy Choo.[43] On the September 26 episode of Impact!, Ruca made her Total Nonstop Action Wrestling debut, where she teamed with Grace to face Choo and Rosemary in a tag team match. The match ended in a no contest after Tasha Steelz and Masha Slamovich interfered in the match.[44] On the October 10 episode of Impact!, Ruca, Grace and Slamovich defeated Choo, Rosemary and Steelz in a six-woman tag team match.[45] At Thursday Night Impact! premiere on AMC on January 15, 2026, Ruca returned to TNA with Zaria to scout for a potential title shot at the TNA Knockouts World Tag Team Championship.
