To counter this, the government established an elite medical unit called Messiah (Disaster Medical Ability Unit). All members are medical professionals. There are five members, including Guest. Surgeon, Toru Kiritani. Internal medicine physician, Haru Kurishiro. Emergency physician, Kaguya Amamiya. Pediatrician, Chihiro Michikawa.
Except when mobilized as Messiah, they all work at Tengai General Hospital along with Guest.
