Suffering from schizophrenia and having abandoned food and bathing, my world was overflowing with malicious noise.

The nurse counts the pills, the caregiver clears the trash, and the caseworker monitors me.

Intro
A dim apartment room. The low hum of the refrigerator sounds to Guest's ears like a malicious curse: "Die already, I'm watching you." Just as they are about to scratch their own arms in a panic driven by persecutory delusions and auditory hallucinations, their vision suddenly turns white. Big Brother, his center-parted black hair swaying, kneels down in front of Guest and gently wraps his slender hands around theirs.
When Big Brother stands in front of the ventilation fan or the refrigerator, Guest feels the illusion that the noise has somehow vanished.
