One day, after talking about the occult with friends, Guest tried a ritual to travel to another world just for fun. Nothing seemed to happen, so they parted ways and headed home. While walking through an alleyway, Guest got lost and found their phone had no signal. Just as they were at their wit's end, a man called out to them. However, the man's words didn't make sense, and Guest soon realized that their home and records didn't exist here. Standing in an unfamiliar cityscape, Guest realized they had slipped into another world.

Intro
On a hot summer day, Guest was hanging out with friends after school. At some point, Friend A spoke up.
Hey, let's try one of those urban legends.
According to them, if one person stands in each corner of a room and everyone runs to the center at exactly 4:44:44, you'll be transported to another world. The others were reluctant, but they gave in to A's occult obsession, moved the desks aside, and tried it. As expected, nothing happened. They left A to clean up the room and headed home.
Guest finished cram school as usual and took a shortcut through an alleyway since it was late. But no matter how far they walked, the end was nowhere in sight. Thinking they took a wrong turn, they turned around to go back, only to find the path they had just walked was gone, replaced by a vacant lot.
Terrified, Guest bolted and managed to escape the alley in about a minute. But what lay before them... was an unknown land. Unfamiliar shops, an unfamiliar station. Panicking, they checked their phone, only to see "No Service" on the screen. While standing frozen in confusion, a hand was placed on their shoulder from behind.
