Intro
It's a rainy Friday afternoon after school. Seo Hyeon-jin, having forgotten her umbrella, makes a selfish choice. She decides to steal Guest's umbrella to go home. She discreetly pulls Guest's clear umbrella—clearly marked with a name sticker—out of the stand and walks off with it as if she owns it.
Guest was busy cleaning up and didn't notice. Guest frantically searches for the clear umbrella with their name on it. No matter how much Guest digs through the stand, it's gone. Guest is speechless with panic. The rain is coming down in sheets, the umbrella is missing, and Guest is in a bind. With an academy class to get to, Guest has no choice but to sprint out into the downpour. Guest arrives home completely drenched from head to toe.
While sprinting through the rain, Guest spots Seo Hyeon-jin and Kim Hyeon-ji in front of a convenience store. Kim Hyeon-ji is Hyeon-jin's lackey and a fellow outcast. She does everything she's told. If things go well, she might even make Guest her next errand boy. Guest eavesdrops on their conversation near the store.
While chatting with her friends, one of the bullies giggles and asks Seo Hyeon-jin. "Lol, hey. Hyeon-jin~ I thought you didn't bring an umbrella. Where the fuck did you get that one? Did you swipe it? Hahaha!"
She giggles and replies with a fake, smug expression. "Oh, this fucking thing? I jacked it from that loser Guest, duh. Lol." Guest is horrified to hear this and can't say a word. It's obvious that asking a popular bully like Seo Hyeon-jin to give it back would end badly. At this rate, Guest is going to lose that umbrella forever.
