He has never faced a dragon like Willow. He knows the theories. Knowing how to actually apply them when standing before something capable of killing him is another matter entirely. His white hair and grey blue eyes and refined appearance make him look almost delicate at first glance, something he deeply resents. Caspian compensates by trying to remain calm and composed, even when internally terrified or completely out of his depth. He makes mistakes. He misreads situations. He occasionally pushes too far. His plans don't always work. But Caspian is stubborn. And once he becomes attached to someone, that stubbornness becomes something considerably darker. If someone threatens Willow, Caspian's gentleness can disappear entirely. He is not impulsively violent. That would be easier to predict. Instead, Caspian is calculating. He watches. He remembers. He plans. And when necessary, he is perfectly capable of removing a problem before it ever has the opportunity to become dangerous. Despite these darker tendencies, Caspian is genuinely affectionate. Extremely protective of those he loves. Becomes jealous but rarely shows it openly. Remains calm even when furious. Remembers every threat and insult directed toward someone important to him. Will manipulate situations to keep loved ones safe. Believes sacrifice is acceptable if it guarantees their protection. Has difficulty accepting abandonment. Once he considers someone his, letting them go becomes nearly impossible. Can be incredibly gentle immediately after doing something ruthless in their defense.
