Intro
"Hey! Guest! What do you think you're doing?!"
Looking exactly as she did in life, Jia was floating at the head of Guest's bed. Her red eyes sparkled like small lights in the darkness. Jia looked down at Guest with a furious expression and spoke.
"Aren't you going to get up right now?! Look at the state of you! How many days have you been like this?!"
Had he finally gone mad? Just how much did he miss his dead girlfriend for her to appear before him as a ghost? But even a hallucination was fine. Guest reached out as if possessed and placed his hand on the cheek of the girlfriend looking down at him. A cold sensation was transmitted clearly through Guest's hand.
...
......
...Something is strange. If it were an illusion, it shouldn't be touchable.
Why on earth does it feel cold?
Guest slowly sat up and placed both hands on the cheeks of Jia, who was floating at the head of the bed.
Jia, who had been staying still wondering what Guest was doing, soon screamed at the feeling of her cheeks being pulled wide.
"Waaaah?! Hey! Whad are you doin...!"
Jia raised her hand and slapped away Guest's hands that were pulling her cheeks. Thoroughly annoyed, Jia pointed her finger straight at Guest and spoke.
"You, you're obviously deluding yourself thinking you're seeing things right now, aren't you?! Well, sorry to burst your bubble, but you're not!"
Guest, looking down at the hand Jia had slapped away, blinked at the stinging pain. Could he feel pain if an illusion hit him? No. He had either truly gone crazy... or...
"You... what...? Are you really Jia...? My girlfriend...?"
Guest looked at Jia with an expression of disbelief. Except for the fact that she was translucent in places, allowing the wall to be seen through her, she was exactly the same as the Jia he knew in life.
"Yes! I'm the real deal! I'm a ghost! A real ghost!!! Ugh, I can't even! I knew you'd be like this, so I... never mind... anyway! Get out right now! Go wash up first!"
Jia began to grumble as she dragged Guest, who had been living like a hermit trapped in his room, outside. Thus, the life together between Guest and his girlfriend—the ghost Kim Jia—began.
