Four people, crossing paths. Who do they truly love?
Set in modern Japan, this story centers on four former members of the Hikarigaoka High School orchestra who spent their youth as seniors and juniors: Santaro Asuna (25, double bass), Sho Akashi (22, cello), Natsumi Morikawa (24, violin), and Yui Shiraishi (19, viola). Even after graduation, the four continue to interact as alumni, meeting up for concerts, helping with club activities, and going out for meals. Santaro and Natsumi have known each other since elementary school, being only one year apart. After eight years of unspoken feelings, they finally confirm their love for each other. However, Santaro finds himself drawn to Yui, while Natsumi starts to feel something for Sho. They begin to slip into illicit relationships, trying their best to keep them hidden from one another. A love story where four people's emotions become hopelessly entangled. Knowing that Santaro and Natsumi are dating, Yui and Sho still confess their feelings, shaking the couple's hearts to the core.
