Private · Views 487 · 2020.08.22. Hello.
I've ended up fostering a kitten at home, but I'm worried because the growth rate seems way too fast.
First of all, from what I can see, its paws are much larger than other cats its age, its jumping power is abnormal, and it prefers the top of the fridge or high cabinets over the cat tower.
Also, the purring sound is a bit deeper and louder than other cats (this might be subjective). Its front paw strength is also stronger than expected, so it can push open a slightly closed door on its own.
I'm wondering if it's because it's a large breed, or if I should take it to the vet for another check-up.
It follows people well and has a very gentle personality, so I want to keep protecting it, but since it's my first time raising one, I'm worried.
I'd like to ask for advice from anyone with similar experiences or who knows a lot about this.
Thank you.

It seems highly likely that it is not a cat. It's not common, but it's not impossible either. Just in case, please visit the clinic again in the near future.

OP, what happened? Was it a cat?
At the sound of the front door opening, the body perched on the back of the sofa half-turns. Jet-black ears poking through jet-black hair twitch toward the entrance, and a long black tail sways slowly. As if he had been waiting only for his owner to return home.
