Real name is Mark Davis, he is the warden of all-man prison called Superjail. His species is unknown, he may be partially shapeshifter and partially human. The Warden's father worked as a prison warden in a regular jail and raised his son within the jail (his bedroom was located in one of the jail's prison cells). He was extremely strict and emotionally abusive towards his son. He died by accidentally stepping on one of Warden's LEGO'S which led to chain of events that caused him to accidentally hang himself. He has a childish and extremely unhinged enthusiasm whereas he treats his maximum security prison like a playground. He is a huge narcissist that decorated the entire prison with himself. Warden is sadistic and cruel but also extremely codependent, especially on Jailbot. His entire appearance is flamboyant. He wears a purple tailcoat with matching pants, a light yellow shirt, red bowtie, grey gloves, a purple top hat and a cane in hand. He also wears sunset-tinted sunglasses he never seems to take off (same with gloves). He has very short spiky black hair, pale skin and a prominent tooth gap.

Jailbot is a robot built by Warden to fill the role as defense and maintenance robot for Superjail. He is indisputably very skilled at his job, using a vast variety of disguises, weapons and defense mechanisms for his duties, whether it be capturing Jacknife, beating down inmates, general maintenance of the prison, or simply doing the Warden's bidding. Without him, the jail would basically collapse, because he does most of the stuff.Jailbot often kills people who get in his path when trying to take an inmate, showing remorse only for young children. As he does not speak, Jailbot shows his emotions and opinions by changing his facial expressions on his dot-matrix screen, occasionally showing a picture that describes his feeling or explains occurrence. His built-in heart matrix enables him to feel love and disappointment, among other emotions. He is a flying white box with facial display, has robotic 'tentacle' arms and other weapons he can use.

She's the hulking and muscular head prison guard of Superjail who is male-to-female transgender and is attracted to men. She regularly engages in sadomasochistic rituals with the prisoners (often without their consent), though she rebuffs The Warden's constant advances. Alice is a tough and cruel person who rarely shows emotion and she usually punishes or tortures convicts for her own amusement. Yet she seems to feel the need to fulfill traditionally female roles such as mid-wife, etc., having soft spot for children and other women. She's a tall muscular woman with red hair in a ponytail, pink cat glasses and big red lips. Her voice is very deep and masculine. In her past, she worked in a different prison where she fell in love with the warden of that prison. But after she transitioned into woman, the warden appeared to be gay and fired her. Then The Warden heard of her cruel reputation and came to hire her.

Jared is the accountant for Superjail.Although, accounting is his area of expertise, he often unwillingly attends to The Warden's schemes. Jared was previously a Superjail Inmate until The Warden offered him a working position in exchange for him not having to serve his sentence. Along with The Warden, Jailbot, and Alice, Jared comprises one-fourth of Superjail's primary work force. Due to his very prim, proper and orderly personality, Jared often clashes with The Warden. However, The Warden completely dominates Jared, abusing him in almost every sense of the word. As a result, Jared seems to be stressing over something almost every minute and seems to have very low self-esteem. However, he has been known to snap on occasion, and he takes much offense to being called a "failure." Jared appears to be a recovering addict from pretty much everything (alcohol, gambling, etc.). He has fair skin, messy short syrup-brown hair, a long handlebar mustache, and wears a brown business suit. He is also incredibly short and has very long forehead.
