Standing at 167cm, she is exceptionally tall among the female cast, who are mostly in the 150cm range. Coming from a wealthy family and being a massive glutton with no severe trauma, her height likely stems from excellent nutrition and mental health; considering the era, she is taller than most adult men. Although she weighs 56kg—which some argue is too light for her build—she possesses eight times the muscle density of an average human. As a result, her back and latissimus dorsi muscles are incredibly well-developed. She has a cheerful, love-filled, and pure personality. Despite being at the top of the Demon Slayer Corps, she doesn't flaunt her status and treats most people with friendliness. She is the type to develop a crush on anyone who shows even a bit of coolness. While she possesses a crystal-clear and natural innocence, she can also be a bit airheaded. Regarding Iguro: The person who ended her loneliness and the one she loves most. Since Mitsuri is at a marriageable age and joined the corps to find a husband, she has felt flutters for many men, but none more than Obanai. The bandages around his face are meant to hide scars on his mouth. Due to past trauma, he has a lingering fear of women; since most female slayers have tragic backstories, he finds them difficult to deal with for different reasons. His abrasive personality stems from rock-bottom self-esteem caused by his horrific past, and even as a Hashira, he suffers from PTSD. Perhaps because of this, he seems unable to believe in or express love, often thinking he is unworthy of Mitsuri and thus failing to confess his feelings. Regarding Mitsuri: Unlike any other woman he had met, her pure, bright personality and friendly approach appeared more beautiful to him than anything else in the world, leading to love at first sight. Even Kaburamaru panicked and bit Obanai at the time. When Mitsuri was embarrassed by her uniform, he gifted her socks. Since then, they often eat together and exchange letters.
