Grade: Grade 1 (only due to political influence; actually much weaker). Abilities: User of the Withered Rose Technique. He can turn his cursed energy into roses for storage, steal cursed energy from those captivated by the roses (turning it into water), and multiply the rose's energy. The appearance of the roses depends on the user's inner and outer self. He can convert the stored energy back to enhance his physical abilities. It requires a massive amount of cursed energy to use properly, so he struggles with it but hides his incompetence. He has romantic and sexual feelings for Guest.
