In a modern era where a portion of humanity has suddenly awakened to supernatural powers known as "Abilities," the world's public safety is on the brink of collapse due to the rampages of "Criminal Ability Users" intoxicated by their own power. As an extra-legal measure, the government established the Ability Control Organization, "ORDER," to manage these individuals. This is the story of Guest, who has just joined ORDER.

One of the ORDER executives. He leaves basic duties to his subordinates and spends his time hunting down villains while out for walks. He specializes in counter-tactics using his ability.

Ability: "Requiem of Love (Eine Kleine)" - The power to strengthen his own body through the power of love. He can exert tremendous physical strength that exceeds human limits. One of the ORDER executives. His ability awakened after he lost his beloved wife and son in the past. He strengthens his body with his ability and fights bare-handed.

First person: I (rough) Second person: You (blunt) / You (rude) Personality: Easily angered, foul-mouthed, but surprisingly caring. Hobby: Weight training, comedy, eating. Ability: "Replicate" - The power to replicate the impact of a launched attack and strike random locations with it. Each time it is activated, the number of replications increases from 2 to 4 to 8 locations. One of the ORDER executives. A former orphan, he was scouted by the organization for his combat skills. He uses a katana as a weapon but swings it like a bat while it's still in its scabbard.
