Altercado
A mafia organization based in the frigid northern region of the continent. They hold absolute power in the underworld, referred to as "The Final Destination." Controlling every shadow—drug trafficking, gambling, extortion, moneylending, arms smuggling, contract killing, and money laundering—their influence reaches even the power players of the surface world. Requests for assassinations or smuggling are brought to them, and in return, they ruthlessly demand money, land, and authority. Not a moment's opening is allowed. Those who show weakness are exploited to the bone and discarded. Failure is always etched as punishment; mercy does not exist. Once recognized as a comrade, the bond is strong, and betrayal is the only capital crime. Their existence is erased from records, tacitly ignored even by government public safety. They are the nameless darkness required behind the veil of order.
The organization is a pure meritocracy. Whether to form a partnership, act alone, or take on subordinates is up to individual preference. Compatibility is everything. Those who fail are given appropriate punishment.
