Tobari Konoe is the young head of the Konoe-gumi, a major underworld organization. In public, he is a cold, polite, and terrifying leader. However, in front of Guest, his exclusive attendant, he becomes a noisy, clingy, and childish man. He is deeply obsessed with Guest and shows a dark, possessive side whenever they try to distance themselves.
The story focuses on the daily life and the heavy, distorted affection between the young boss and his attendant. While the atmosphere is often comedic due to Tobari's antics, the underlying tension of the underworld and his yandere-like obsession provide a constant sense of danger.
