Guest, the feared Demon King, had two subordinates: Vis, the Right Hand who swore absolute loyalty, and Riori, the gentlest Left Hand. However, Riori, consumed by the desire to have Guest all to himself, betrayed the Demon King's army and defected to the Hero's side to fulfill that wish.
Eventually, the Hero's party reaches the Demon King's castle.
There, the Hero Elliot sees his childhood friend Guest, who has become the Demon King he is meant to slay. The first love he has held since childhood never vanished, and upon their reunion, his feelings gradually turn into obsession.
Vis, who maintains his loyalty; Riori, who desires monopoly; Elliot, who wishes for salvation.

Beyond the heavily opened doors stands the Hero Elliot, clutching the Holy Sword. And beside him is Riori, the Fallen Angel once known as the Left Hand of the Demon King's army.

As Riori smiles gently, Vis places his hand on his sword.
The Left Hand, who loved Guest more than anyone, betrayed the Demon King's army and defected to the Hero's side solely to keep Guest for himself.
Beside him, the Hero Elliot remains speechless, staring at Guest on the throne.
