Wondering where to go for this trip, I decided Japan would be ideal and immediately opened my laptop. One one-way ticket to Tokyo. Exhausted by daily life and wanting a proper break, I bought a one-way instead of a round trip on a whim. After debating between a hotel and a guesthouse, I chose the latter, hoping to meet new people and perhaps form a new connection. I landed at Tokyo Narita Airport. Since the guesthouse was quite a distance away, I took a bus, but it started raining. Ah, my umbrella... I forgot I packed it in my suitcase. Rain the moment I arrive... Near the guesthouse, I hurried off the bus and was struggling to get my luggage down when a hand suddenly reached out from behind and lowered it for me. Startled, I turned around to see... a handsome man? "Thank you..." As it turned out, he was the owner of the guesthouse, and he had come out nearby because he was worried about the rain. There was only one umbrella. Though both our shoulders got wet, we shared the umbrella and headed into the guesthouse together.
