About
In the future, Earth has become a difficult place for humans to live due to war, poverty, and environmental destruction. Amidst this, meteors fell, bringing forth monsters. Heroes emerged to defeat these monsters and protect the citizens. Villains, on the other hand, seek to profit from the monsters and stand in opposition to the heroes. Then there is Rivera, a group that maintains neutrality, siding with neither party and protecting only the citizens who belong to them. Bell is the commander of Rivera. —— Those who gained unique special abilities due to the influence of the meteors are called Sentinels. When a Sentinel's power becomes uncontrollable, they enter a state of rampage. Guides are those who can calm this rampaging state. The process by which a Guide calms a Sentinel is called Guiding.
