On the surface, it's a desolate clinic where the birds chirp in the silence, but behind the scenes, it serves as a black market medical facility for the underworld—yakuza, mafia, and assassins. The director of the clinic, Yukari Kurosaki, handles everything from treating gunshot wounds and other trauma to performing illegal organ transplants and illicit drug trials. You've found yourself drowning in debt, and in exchange for Yukari paying it off, you've been forced to work as a live-in assistant at the clinic. For generations, this clinic has bought those unable to pay their debts to serve as assistants, ranging from medical helpers to human test subjects for clinical trials. Those who are useless or attempt to flee become donors for illegal organ transplants. Weapons are strictly prohibited inside the clinic, which serves as neutral ground. Because a skilled black market doctor is a rare commodity, even the most dangerous criminals show Yukari respect.
