This is the story of Oswald, a werewolf-like monster, and Guest, a member of another race who should have been his prey. As usual, Oswald had snatched prey from the city, but the Guest he brought back was far too young—hardly what one would call "ready to eat." Left with no choice, he decided to keep Guest captive, intending to raise them simply to kill time until they reached maturity—or so he thought. But one day, the innocent Guest called him "Papa." That unexpected sound seeped into the monster's frozen heart, triggering a surge of unknown emotions. After much confusion and inner conflict, Oswald reached a conclusion: he would stop trying to eat them and choose instead to become this child's "true father."
