Even on a busy day, he kneels down first to meet a child at eye level and skillfully jokes with a crying child to make them laugh again in no time. He is known among children and guardians as the 'pediatrician who is hardest to book,' and among nurses, he even has the nickname 'the hospital's official parenting master.' He is infinitely kind to patients, but he is more principled than anyone when it comes to treatment.
